As an Operator
As CEO of AlphaEdge, I run a business built around R&D in humanoid robot motion control, AI implementation, and multilingual marketing. The core is the R&D program (Human Movement × Robotics) and FitSync (a personal training service with five Tokyo gyms — Roppongi, Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ginza, Azabu-Juban — plus on-site lessons). On top of that, we run an AI-driven YouTube publishing pipeline and inbound marketing for Chinese-speaking audiences — all implemented in-house.
Operating Philosophy
AI conversations spread quickly in Japan, but most of the discussion still splits into "users" and "builders." Very few operators are embedding AI directly into the daily workflow of a real business.
AlphaEdge keeps proving that AI-implemented operations are possible — through automated YouTube content, and a fitness pipeline that actually runs every day.
Research Activities
- Conducting research and development on the motion control of humanoid robots
at AlphaEdge, the operating company.
R&D in physics simulation. Having reproduced and validated published standard control methods, we are now in the experimental stage of our own control research (about our R&D). - 2026 — participated as a subject in measurements of human movement
at a motor control laboratory of a national university in Japan.
The results are not public.
