AlphaEdge is a Tokyo-based company conducting research and development in humanoid robot motion control.
We run our own hands-on field site — the personal training gym FitSync —
observing daily how the human body actually moves,
while building AI systems we implement ourselves rather than merely use.
At the core of AlphaEdge is R&D in humanoid robot motion control.
How does a person hold a posture, respond to a disturbance,
and move into the next action?
We pursue this question in physics simulation.
With a view to how insights into human movement
might one day inform the motion control of humanoid robots,
we conduct research and development in physics simulation.
Having reproduced and validated published standard control methods, we are now in the experimental stage of our own control research.
Specific control methods, evaluation metrics, and performance data
are not published while R&D is in progress.
The questions robot motion control faces —
posture, balance, and response to disturbance —
are the same questions we see every day
on the floor of a training gym.
Observations born at FitSync become
measurable questions, and AlphaEdge
validates them as technology.
That consistent structure is the foundation of our R&D.

Instruction is designed by our founder — a former professional fighter
with around 70 bouts across karate, kickboxing and Muay Thai —
around the distinctive theme of the "Relaxed Tanden" and how advanced movers use the body.

Not relying on gimmicks, but building on SEO fundamentals
and genuinely helpful content,

We operate these as our own media while continuing to develop and improve them.
We publish on two YouTube channels: Fitness English daily, and the Tanden Channel every Friday.
"Fitness English" — released in both Japanese and English.
"Tanden Channel" — sharing the ‘Relaxed Tanden’ taught at our brand FitSync,
with weekly short videos (every Friday) on the tanden and how to use your body
(Japanese audio with English subtitles).
For both channels, production is automated by our AI pipeline —
from script to voice synthesis, subtitles, and publishing.
